Shay came to us with a very good idea of the product he wanted. His vision was to create a sun glass holder that float to prevent glasses from being lost in the water. We started from his concept sketch and helped figure out how to prototype and manufacture the new product idea. We prototyped in several colors using our inhouse 3d printers to create rapid prototype molds and experimented with several hardness silicones for optimal comfort and function. The floating foam bobber was also designed and tested in house prior to working with our manufacturing partner.
