The Mounting Case is a UV resistant container that perfectly stores the packed ThrowRaft Original and the ThrowRaft Search and Rescue and protects it from the elements. Made of strong ASA-Geloy plastic, it is easily mountable on most center consoles, bulkheads, and sailboat railings.
It comes complete with the case, mounting bracket, and hardware (nuts, bolts, washers) to install it on your vessel.

The inventor of the throw raft reached out to the Lime Design Team to help create a nice looking and heavy duty plastic enclosure. We helped them bring their concept to life through conceptual sketching and 3D modeling and later worked out details in the mechanical engineering stage of the project. A high quality prototype was created which included the mounting system which allowed for easy mounting of the case.
This client has really made amazing headway with his product which is now available in Walmart and other big box retailers.
